Training Data Ownership: All Training Data (practice, tournament, physical performance) received, collected, produced, or developed by TSG is and shall remain the exclusive property of TSG. TSG is not required to release this data upon termination.
Media Usage: The Parent/Guardian grants TSG the indefinite, royalty-free right to use Recordings (photos/videos) of the Student for marketing and promoting the sport of golf and TSG Academy's training facilities, and waives any right to inspect, approve, or receive payment for such use.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This agreement and all services shall be governed by the substantive laws of India.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be settled amicably, then referred to mediation. If unsettled by mediation, the Dispute shall be finally and bindingly resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and any court action arising from the agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
