Cancellations and Refunds Policy

This policy governs the terms under which fees may be partially refunded or entirely forfeited.

A. Program Enrollment Withdrawal/Cancellation

• Termination by Parent/Guardian: If the Parent/Guardian terminates the agreement (even with required advance written notice), the fees paid shall not be refunded and shall stand forfeited by TSG. Please click here to read more.
• Termination by TSG (for Breach): If TSG terminates the agreement due to breach of the Code of Conduct or non-payment, all fees paid are forfeited. Please click here to read more.
• Contract Renewal and Re-Admission: TSG Academy may, at its sole discretion choose to renew the agreement upon the expiry of the term. If, however, TSG Academy chooses to renew the agreement it shall provide the Parent/ Guardian with the revised fee schedule, any additional conditions which are to be fulfilled by the Student and/or the Parent/Guardian, and any revisions to the program details and code of conduct of TSG Academy. The process of re-admission shall be deemed to be completed upon remittance of the fees and fulfilment of the accompanying conditions as per the agreement. However, in the event the fees have been remitted, should TSG Academy determine that the accompanying conditions as mentioned above are not fulfilled to its satisfaction, it shall at its sole discretion deny admission to the Student and retain 10% of the fees and refund the remainder to the Parent/Guardian.

B. Standalone Event/Tournament Refunds

Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. All refunds are calculated on the fee amount after deducting applicable taxes and non-refundable processing charges and will be credited back to the original source of payment.
